- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1-2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1-2 cups beef bouillion, chicken stock, or vegetable stock
- 1-2 tbsp. sour cream or heavy cream
Brown diced onions in butter. Add mushrooms. Whisk flour in bouillion, add to onions and butter, stir till thickened. Stir in some sour cream or cream and simmer on low till serving time.
