- 1/2 medium onion chopped
- 1 can drained mushrooms
- 1-2 tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1-2 cups cold beef bouillion, chicken stock, or vegetable stock
- 1-2 tbsp. sour cream or heavy cream
- Brown diced onions in butter. Add mushrooms.
- Whisk flour in cold bouillion, then add to onions and butter, stir till thickened.
- Stir in some sour cream or cream and simmer on low till serving time.
