Honey Garlic Spareribs

  • 3-4 lbs pork spareribs
  • 1/2 cup honey.
  • 1 cup ketchup
  • 1/4 cup soya sauce
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves

Cook ribs in boiling salted water and drain. Place in a shallow pan. Mix honey, ketchup, soya sauce and garlic together in a bowl and pour over ribs. Heat in a 375 degree F oven, turning the ribs as the sauce thickens, for 30-45 minutes
