White sugar (sucrose) and fructose (refined fruit sugars) have no nutrients.
Coconut sweetener, made from the sweet juice extracted when the budding coconut palm flower is just about to grow, has a glycemic index of 35, about the same as raw honey but higher than stevia.
It looks like brown sugar and tastes a little like maple sugar. Espresso coffee topped with frothed milk and sprinkled with coconut sweetener is delicious.
