4 boneless skin-on chicken breasts
1 Tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper
Coat chicken with oil.
sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Set grill burners to medium.
Place chicken directly over heat, skin side up.
Cool with lid down 4-6 minutes per side for a total of 8-12 minutes.
Chicken is done if juices run clear when pierced with a sharp knife.
Serves 4.
