- 2 jalapeno peppers
- 1/2 small white onion
- 2 Tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1 lb. plum tomatoes
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves
- Tortilla chips (for serving
Seed jalapenos (if desired), peel onion, chop finely.
Toss chopped jalapenos and onion with lime juice, salt, pepper.
Let sit 10 minutes.
Toss with chopped (seeded) tomatoes.
Fold in cilantro.
Serve with tortilla chips.
