To use, rub raw chicken with olive oil and use about 1 Tbsp seasoning per piece.
Fry, bake or BBQ chicken immediately or refrigerate seasoned chicken before using.

- 2 Tbsp smoked paprika (or 1 Tbsp smoked and 1 Tbsp sweet paprika)
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp ground coriander
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp granulated white sugar (optional)
