Combine in a medium saucepan:
- 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1-2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp honey (optional)
Stirring constantly, bring to a boil.
Then turn down heat to simmer 1-2 minutes.
Cool.
Place in jar with lid. Store in fridge.
