Apple Cider Syrup
- 2 cups apple cider
- 3 Tbsp light corn syrup
- 1 cup light brown sugar, loosely packed
- 2 sticks cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp butter
- In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together cider, corn syrup, sugar, cinnamon.
- Cook until mixture thickens and reduces by half.
- Remove from heat, stir in butter.
- Cool completely before refrigerating.
- Serve on pancakes or drizzle over cake just before serving.
Blueberry Syrup
- 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup blueberries
Puree syrup and blueberries in a blender until smooth.
