Syrups

 Apple Cider Syrup

  • 2 cups apple cider
  • 3 Tbsp light corn syrup
  • 1 cup light brown sugar, loosely packed
  • 2 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, stir together cider, corn syrup, sugar, cinnamon.
  2. Cook until mixture thickens and reduces by half.
  3. Remove from heat, stir in butter.
  4. Cool completely before refrigerating.
  5. Serve on pancakes or drizzle over cake just before serving.
Blueberry Syrup
  • 3/4 cup pure maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
Puree syrup and blueberries in a blender until smooth.
