Russian fudge
- 3 cups sugar
- 1/2 tin condensed milk
- 1/2 cup milk
- 125 grams butter (just over 1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp golden syrup
- pinch salt
Place all ingredients except vanilla in microwave bowl.
Cook 15 minutes on high, stirring every 3 minutes.
Remove and beat until thick and smooth.
Add vanilla.
Pour into greased tin.
Cut when set.
Chocolate Fudge
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 3/4 cup butter
- 375 grams chocolate chips
Stopping to stir every 3 minutes, cook 9 minutes on HIGH.
Add chocolate pieces and vanilla, stir until melted and smooth.
Pour into greased 23cm x 33cm pan.
Cool. Cut into bite size pieces.
