Drink More Water

Drink a glass of water before reaching for a snack. If you feel like snacking before mealtimes, thirty minutes before a meal, drink a big glass of water.  Eat something high in fibre, like celery or carrot sticks or a small apple with the peel.

Don't have a second glass of wine without drinking a glass of water first.

Make your water appealing--drink it out of cut glass water glasses or a wine glass at dinner. 

Keep a pretty glass jug of water with sliced lemon, lime, apple or cucumber in your fridge. Have this flavored water instead of juice or soft drinks. 

Cut down on dental bills by drinking water after you eat. This can reduce the acid in your mouth by about 60%.
