Pancake Syrup

Real maple syrup is more expensive but worth it.
If you don't have maple syrup on hand but have dark corn syrup, make your own pancake syrup.

Bring to a boil:
  • 2 parts water
  • 2 parts dark corn syrup
  • 1 part white granulated sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • maple or other flavouring to taste (add drop by drop)
