1/3 cup butter or margarine
1/2 tsp rosemary
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 lbs chicken pieces or breasts
1/4 cup flour
2 cups fresh sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup dry white wine
Heat oven to 375 degrees F.
Put margarine into a large Pyrex (ovenproof glass) pan.
When margarine is melted or oil is hot, remove from oven.
Stir in rosemary, paprika, salt and pepper.
Roll chicken pieces in flour to coat lightly.
Put chicken in Pyrex pan and turn chicken in margarine mixture.
Bake in preheated oven 30 minutes.
Remove dish from oven.
Pour in wine, sprinkle mushrooms on top.
Cover and bake for 30 minutes more.
Uncover dish and bake 15 minutes.
