Fresh Strawberries and Dip

Whisk or blend together:

125 g softened cream cheese

100 g crème fraiche

1 tsp cinnamon

2 tbsp icing sugar

2 tsp rosewater essence

Serve as a dip with large, fresh, washed strawberries.
