Beat till
smooth:

softened cream cheese
¼ cup
caster sugar
1 tbsp
lemon juice
Stir in:
670 g
jar pitted morello cherries, drained.
To assemble strudel:
Stack 8
filo sheets on a baking tray.
Brush
each with melted butter.
Spoon
cherry mixture across long edge.
Fold in
ends and roll up to enclose. Brush with butter.
Bake 30
minutes till golden. Stand 5 minutes before slicing. Serves 6.
