Chocolate Bars

  • 3-3/4 cups icing sugar
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1-1/2 cups corn starch
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 cups melted butter
  • chopped nuts or raisins or rice krispies (optional)
Sift dry ingredients together.
Mix into melted butter.
Add nuts or raisins or rice krispies if using.
Spread in a parchment paper lined 8 x 8" pan, press down well.
Let stand overnight.
In the morning, cut into bars.
