- 2 cups vodka
- 2 Tbsp dried juniper berries
- 1/2 tsp coriander seeds
- 1 tsp chamomile
- 1/2 tsp lavender
- 3 cardamom pods
- 1 bay leaf
- 4 allspice berries
- 2 4-inch pieces grapefruit peel (no pith)
- Combine vodka and juniper berries in a sterilized jar.
- Let steep 12 hours.
- Add remaining ingredients, seal jar, shake, let sit 36 hours.
- Strain out herbs through a cheesecloth.
- Strain again while pouring liquid into a sterilized bottle.
- Gin will keep for up to a year.
