Serves 4
- 400 grams snow peas, trimmed (about 7 cups or under a pound)
- 1 tsp vegetable oil
- 2 tsp minced fresh ginger
- 1 tsp minced red chili peppers
- 1/2 tsp salt
Heat oil in medium frying pan at medium-high heat.
Add snow peas and stir fry about 2 minutes, until bright green and tender-crisp.
Add ginger, peppers, salt and cook 2 more minutes.
